Component 1e should be an image of a teacher's knowledge on content and students, outcomes, and resources when it comes to a lesson. In order to achieve the best lesson, a teacher needs a deep understanding of students, the community, and any other factors that may affect the classroom. They must find the best timeline of events for instruction and then properly engage the students in the learning wherever they currently are. It is important due to the fact that it takes into account the many factors that can affect the successfulness of the instruction and the student's learning that stems from it.
Learning activities is having instruction designed to engage the students and help them through the learning so they can advance. Instructional materials and resources is basically just have the resources and materials to go with the learning and student needs. Instructional groups is making intentional groups that support further learning in students. Lesson and unit structure is have a clear sequence that will help the students advance in learning. I can implement this in my classroom through promoting high-level thinking in the students with structured lesson and unit plans. If the students know where we are going, it is easily to guide them towards the overall goals and outcomes in the subject.
