A true Midwest girl, Sarah Horn hails from a small town in Minnesota. Currently a freshman at Grove City College in Pennsylvania, she sates her love of literature as a Secondary Education Major in English and Communication. Back home, she currently works at Midwest Screw Products in Brooklyn Center. There she runs massive metal machines all day in her father’s shop while bringing in baked goods for his employees. Sarah has a strong suit in winning others over and maintaining fond relationships. She is a people-oriented worker with the dream to move abroad in Asia and teach high schoolers, while being a part of the mission field for River Valley Church. After spending a week and a half in the cities of Japan in the summer of 2017, she discovered the desire to further help the country find Christianity. On the Grove City Campus, Sarah hones her genuine and creative spark by occasionally writing for the Collegian. She is a part of the Alpha Beta Tau sorority, leads the Freshman worship team, plays at various musical gigs, is a part of Orientation Board, and still finds a way to bake when she can. Resume
